Sen. Norm Coleman tells esteemed colleague Fred Frommer of the Associated Press that he will discuss the latest set of allegations about Rachel Paulose, U.S. attorney for Minnesota, with Judge Michael Mukasey, Pres. Bush’s nominee to be the new attorney general.
Coleman says he wants to make sure the allegations that Paulose mishandled classified material, retaliated against staff members whom she considered disloyal, and made racist remarks about one employee are properly investigated. Those allegations are already under investigation by the Office of Special Counsel, which is not part of the Justice Department.
The ongoing turmoil in the Minnesota office is a concern, Coleman said, and he was also worried that while former Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez was trying to fend off numerous congressional investigations and trying to save his job, he may not have been able to “keep his eye on the ball” with respect to the Minnesota situation.
Coleman didn’t say so, but by raising the matter with Mukasey, he increases the pressure on Paulose to step down before the end of Bush’s term, or on Mukasey to seek her removal as a sign that he wants to separate himself from his predecessor’s alleged efforts to politicize federal prosecutor’s offices.
Coleman was the Senate sponsor of Paulose’s nomination to be U.S. attorney, and originally hailed her confirmation, but has since expressed some concern about her leadership of the office.

Then, drunk and enraged for being exposed….Dead Eye Dick shot Whittington while drunk.
Whittington had the job of supervising the black op on Christina Moore. He failed. He used the same mercs that were deployed against me, when I lived in Austin, Texas, where I was licensed to practise law. I identified one of the police sketchs…and did not get to see the other sketchs. The unindicted coconspirators are: NATHAN GRIFFITH, PHIL THE NARC, ROBERT MCNAUGHTON, and possibley Larry Browning (all contract surveillance goons who gave illegally obtained info to Austin FBI, Austin PD, and Travis County Sheriff’s Dept.).
That info…also followed me to SD US ATTY James McMahon’s office, and Sioux Falls FBI’s Joint Local Terrorism Task Force.
Title 18 USC section 2517 explicitly prohibits the “dissemination of illegally obtained info” collected without warrants (See, Title 18 United States Code sections 2510 et al.).
That’s why….SD FBI got fired after I started talking to US DOJ OIG. Glen Fine announced months ago that “his office was investigating whether or not FBI joined a conspiracy to illegally disseminate and use” info from warrantless electronic surveillance (pin hole spy cameras, listening devices, GPS in vehicle, bug in car, keystroke logger on my computer, etc, etc, etc.).
THAT’S WHY….GLEN FINE got Leahy and Spector on the war path about an “Illegal FBI Search after their investigation was over” (aka “SNEAK AND PEAK BREAKIN TO MY HOME TO SURGICALLY INSTALL AN RFID MIND CONTROL VERICHIP” seen on the x-rays taken in Sioux Falls, SD).

MARK GORDON, a 25 year known associate of mine who was also “fried with a DOD DARPA WEAPON CALLED DEW” while Mark lived next door to The St. Paul Fed Building where Minneapolis FBI coerced Gordon into taking polygraph exams.
DR. MARK GORDON was also monitored by NSA with a pin hole spy camera in his bedroom…where they watched him have sex. Then, NSA TSP a/o Minneapolis FBI sent in their “Phillipino stalker nurse snitch” (who had seduced Dr. Gordon earlier, just like the Yankton, SD, medical secretary snitch who extorted $500 from Dr. Gordon) into Gordon’s apartment with a key…so “they could all watch the videotape of Dr. Gordon being caught in bed with another woman”.
That is what MINN US ATTY THOMAS HEFFLEFINGER WAS SEEKING APPROVAL FROM DOJ HQ TO PROSECUTE….and that’s why “he resigned in disgust” when DOJ HQ protected the NSA TSP who “violated a Minneapolis FBI cooperating witness’ civil liberties”.
How do I know that?
Because….I got Dr. Gordon on tape telling me this.
